ACCOMPANYING YOUR CHILD

• Children under 3 years of age, require the presence of an adult in the class.
• Children attending the "Imagine That!" or "Young Child" class, require the presence of an adult in the lesson for the last 15 minutes.
• Caregivers are required to stay on the premises in line with the Social Welfare Department requirements.

DISCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Discounts for re-enrolments, VIP’s & gift vouchers can be used in conjunction with each other, conditions apply for weekend classes.
• Kate’s Kids Ltd reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

PAYMENTS

• A one-off registration fee of $250 is applicable to all new students which includes a Kindermusik gift.
• Payments are to be made for the whole course.
• Please complete the registration form and return it to the address below with your cash or cheque made payable to "Kate's Kids Limited".
• Places will be confirmed after full payment has been received.

REFUNDS

• We regret that we cannot refund course fees.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

• Make-up classes can be offered if there are vacancies in other classes.
• All make-up classes must be taken within the term.

PARTIES

• No refunds & No make-up available.

HOLIDAYS

• No classes on public holidays. If classes held on public holidays, will have been rescheduled into the course.

TECAHERS

• Replacement teacher will teach the class if the regular teacher is sick or on leave.

ENFORCED CLOSURES

• Classes will be cancelled at the hoisting of typhoon signal number 8 or higher and at the announcements of the black thunderstorm/rain warnings. Please arrange a make-up class.

WEBCAM

• Kate’s Lids may use a webcam to record classes which will be made available for viewing on the web only by parents of those children via a secure Link.

FOOD AND DRINK

• Food &/or drinks are not to be consumed in the classroom.

PHOTOGRAPHY

• Photos and videos may only be taken with the consent of the management.

TRIAL CLASS

• Trial class can be offered if there are vacancies in the class.
