ACCOMPANYING YOUR CHILD

• Children under 3 years of age, require the presence of an adult in the class.
• Children attending the “Imagine That!” or “ Young Child” class, require the presence of an adult in the lesson for the last 15 minutes.
• Caregivers are required to stay on the premises in line with the Social Welfare Department requirements.

PAYMENTS

• Payments are to be made for the whole course.
• Please complete the registration form and return it to the address below with your cash or cheque made payable to “Kate’s Kids Limited”.
• Places will be confirmed after full payment has been received.

REFUNDS

• We regret that we cannot refund course fees.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

• Unfortunately we cannot offer any make-up classes. Please speak with your teacher if you know you will miss a class.

PARTIES

• We regret that we cannot refund or provide make-up sessions for parties.

HOLIDAYS

• Classes held on Public Holidays, will be rescheduled into the course.

TEACHERS

• A replacement teacher will teach the class if the regular teacher is sick or on leave.

ENFORCED CLOSURES

• Classes will be cancelled at the hoisting of typhoon signal number 8 or higher and at the announcement of the black thunderstorm/rain warnings. Please call us to arrange a make-up class.

FOOD AND DRINK

• Food &/or drinks are not to be consumed in the classroom.

PHOTOGRAPHY

• Photos and videos may only be taken with the consent of the management.

TRIAL CLASS

• Trial classed are $180.
