Kim Jackson Hi! I'm originally from the UK and have been working with children since moving to Hong Kong at the beginning of 2004. I spent a year and a half as a Playgroup Leader teaching a wide range of classes including pre-school, phonics, speech & drama and Cambridge YLE, to children aged 12 months ¡V 12 years. During this time I discovered the Kindermusik programme and decided to explore it further by becoming an educator with Kindermusik by Catherine. I successfully qualified as an educator in 2005 and have been teaching with the company full-time ever since. It's not all work though as I enjoy singing outside the classroom too! I have sung with Kassia Women's Choir & Kassia Chamber Choir performing at both large and small venues and for some festive fun this year I'll being singing around HK with the Hong Kong Singers.

It has been such a fantastic experience getting to know the many, many adults and children that have enjoyed Kindermusik over these years and it's especially a pleasure to see younger siblings of these families having their turn as well! I look forward to helping you and your children have a wonderful time together in the classroom and hope that I am able to inspire a love and passion for music that will last throughout their lifetime.

Jaclyn Tse: I was born and educated in UK, where I have lived for most of my life. I remember growing up as a child, watching one of my elder sisters playing the panio and being inspired by her to learn to play myself... This was to be my basic foundation to musical knowledge. Originally trained in drama and having worked as an actress for many years, I knew I wanted to utilise all my skills and eventually work with young children. This is my passion. Coming to Hong Kong and discovering the Kindermusik program gave me the ideal opportunity to do this. I strive to bring the fun and excitement back into teaching and learning for the children.

Jaime Smith is so excited to be teaching Kindermusik in Hong Kong. Hailing from New York City, she has grown up on the stage with "Broadway" being only an earshot away. Music has been there from the beginning for Jaime, who started training in classical ballet, lyrical, jazz, tap dance and gymnastics at just 3 years old. Jaime's love for the stage didn't stop with dance and she soon began to study voice, improv and drama to add to her resume. Jaime spent 10 great summers studying musical theater at French Woods Festival for the Performing Arts and continues to take classes and perform. Jaime used her creativity in another form and graduated Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design. Up until her move to Hong Kong 2 years ago, Jaime designed clothing for such companies as Nine West, Jones New York and American Eagle. Jaime is so happy in Hong Kong and is ecstatic being able to work with children. She can't think of a better way then through music, movement, and all its forms. Jaime is looking forward to helping enrich children's lives the way her teachers did hers!

Caitlin Davies is originally from the UK and moved to Hong Kong 6 years ago to pursue a career in the fashion industry. Through working with others throughout her career, Caitlin gradually realised that her passion lay in teaching others. She discovered Kindermusik through contact with her friends and their children and found that it provided the perfect opportunity for a change in direction and allowed her to pursue a career that could actually be exciting, fun and rewarding!

Whilst not being formally educated in music, Caitlin has always made music a part of her life: learning the flute and singing in choirs from a young age, experiencing a variety of live music performances, participating in ¡§Drum Jam¡¨: a community drum circle, and most recently re-discovering her love of singing by joining her local Hong Kong Women's Choir and performing songs from the stage.

By teaching at Kindermusik by Catherine, Caitlin hopes to nurture and grow a love of music and the Arts, in all its many different forms, in everyone who comes to her classes.
